This zesty take on a classic green smoothie is one of a kind. The energizing properties of ginger, mint, and cinnamon will boost digestion and metabolism and give you a burst of energy to conquer the day.
Ingredients
- 1 packet 10 Day Reset Shake or 2 scoops (about 2 tablespoons) collagen powder
- 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 ounce fresh coconut
- 2 handfuls of leafy greens (spinach, kale, arugula)
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk
- 5 fresh mint leaves

We added the smallest amount of monk fruit possible to give a palatable taste.

This shake is easy to make, requiring just 5 minutes, 1 blender, and 9 simple ingredients.
Feel free to play around with ingredients: replace fresh coconut for 1 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut, almond butter could be replaced with any preferred nut butter, use any leafy green you have available!
