This creamy raspberry smoothie is a perfect blend of tangy and sweet, boosted with phytonutrients and fiber from the avocado. Lime zest and fresh mint is a great way to get that extra refreshing kick!  

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of Morning Shake protein powder or 2 scoops (about 2 tablespoons) collagen powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1/4 an avocado
  • Zest of 1/2 a lime
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk 
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 ice cubes
