Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Pegan Shake powder or any protein/collagen powder
- I inch fresh ginger root, peeled
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup sliced cucumber, with peel
- ⅛ avocado
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- ⅓ cup fresh pineapple, chunks
- 1 cup nut milk, unsweetened (we used almond milk)
- Handful of ice

Add all of the shake ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
