Ingredients

1 scoop of Pegan Shake powder or any protein/collagen powder
- ½ cup cold brewed coffee
- ½ cup canned coconut milk, or any nut milk to substitute for a lighter shake
- ⅓ cup zucchini, frozen
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit maple syrup (optional)
- Handful of ice

Add all of the shake ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
