Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Pegan Shake powder or any protein/collagen powder
- 1 (3.5 oz) pack frozen Acai
- ⅓ cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup cooked quinoa or ½ cup frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup fresh arugula
- 1 teaspoon Maca root powder
- ¼ cup filtered water or unsweetened nut milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Handful of ice
- Toppings: 1 teaspoon coconut flakes, 1 teaspoon goji berries, 1 teaspoon almond butter optional to add: hemp seeds and cacao nibs

Add all of the shake ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
