Ingredients
  • 1 scoop of Pegan Shake powder or any protein/collagen powder
  • 1 (3.5 oz) pack frozen Acai 
  • ⅓ cup frozen strawberries  
  • ¼ cup cooked quinoa or ½ cup frozen cauliflower 
  • ½ cup fresh arugula
  • 1 teaspoon Maca root powder
  • ¼ cup filtered water or unsweetened nut milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Handful of ice
  • Toppings: 1 teaspoon coconut flakes, 1 teaspoon goji berries, 1 teaspoon almond butter optional to add: hemp seeds and cacao nibs
Preparation

Add all of the shake ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
